Title: Physical Therapist Division:
Location:

Details: Seeking a Part Time and a Full Time Physical Therapist that will provide quality physical therapy services by assessing current level of function, develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan, maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation and evaluate treatment outcomes and modifies treatment plans as needed. Act as a member of the interdisciplinary team, including participation in the team development of the Individual Service Plan for each person. The right candidate will be licensed by the State of New York, have a valid New York Drivers license, clear criminal background check and Medicaid Fraud Exclusion checks, ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Hours are flexible.

Details: The Occupational Therapist will conduct informal assessments of assigned individuals. These assessments/evaluations may include, but not limited to: sensory integration; gross and find motor skills as pertains to the activities of daily living, oral motor, feeding, perception, work performance and the need for adaptive equipment. Maintain appropriate and timely computer generated records as required by specific program and regulations. Must be licensed and currently registered in New York State as an Occupational Therapist. Must have a valid New York State Driver's license and ability to lift up to fifty pounds.

Details: Looking for a Speech Pathologist (Part Time or Full Time) who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of speech and language problems, provides counseling,guidance and language therapy to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Review treatment plans and assesses individual performance to modify, change, or write new programs. This position requires the use of sign language when appropriate and provides other forms of augmented communication to individuals as needed. Have knowledge of internet use, and Microsoft Office applications. Requires a New York State licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist, and the completion of Clinical Competencies (CCC). A valid New York State driver's license is also needed.

Title: Bus Monitor Division: Transportation

Details: Located out of the Hartwick NY Transportation garage, the bus monitor will provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities during the transport to and from day sites. May require assisting individuals with wheelchairs. Requires a High School diploma, GED or CNA as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Details: An exciting opportunity for a Behavior Analyst. Be responsible for behavioral intervention processes including evaluation, design, implementation and oversight of all behavior intervention plans including: conducting functional behavioral assessment (FBA), developing person specific behavioral intervention plans, training staff to implement plans, analyzing data and plans, and working collaboratively with team members. Required: Master's degree from a program in a clinical and/or treatment field of Psychology and have documented training in assessment techniques and behavioral support plan development OR have obtained National Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and have a Master's degree in behavior analysis or a field closely related to Clinical or Community Psychology which is approved by New York State Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (NYS-OPWDD). Knowledge of Microsft Office and willing to use the electronic record keeping systems currently in use. Valid New York State Driver's License. Preferred: Knowledge of Therap

Details: Looking for a Direct Support Provider to assist persons who have intellectual and other developmental disabilities with their daily activities. Full-time positions in the Cooperstown area; four 10 hour days with weekends off.

Title: Residential Shift Coordinator Division:
Location: Cooperstown, NY

Details: Supervise a team of employees providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities living in a residential setting. Ensure the delivery of quality service, serve as a role model to employees and assist Home manager. Supervisory experience and/or 1 year working with people with developmental disabilities. Must be willing to work nights and weekends.

Details: Current openings for Direct Support Providers to assist persons who have intellectual and other developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Part-time and full-time positions available. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Support Providers with CNA or LPN certification receive wage commensurate with education.

Title: Vocational Counselor Division:
Location: Oneonta, NY
Hours : 8:00am to 4:00pm
Details: The Vocational Counselor develops and writes vocational habilitation plans and develops goals for individuals with developmental disabilities working in our vocational training center. The counselor is responsible for the coordination of program plans for approximately 27 to 32 individuals, ensuring that the plans meet the vocational, physical, social and developmental needs of each individual. Will conduct assessments, train support staff and provide guidance to individuals working in the vocational training center. Work in a dedicated team environment, exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field (mandatory), one year of experience workinging with people with developmental disabilities (mandatory), proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office, and experience working in a team based environment.
