The fifth annual City of the
Hills Fine Arts Festival will be held August 2,
2008 from 10am to 4pm on Main Street, in
historic downtown Oneonta.
City of
the Hills is a juried art exhibition and sale,
featuring artist demonstrations and workshops,
musical performances and an awards ceremony.
