Local Paper Opinion Piece Advocates Ending the Use of the R-Word

Three cheers for The Daily Star! According to the author of this morning's opinion section titled Playing Politics Shows Use of 'Retard' Must End, "...the happy news is that all the political nonsense has led to a greater public awareness that "retard" should be consigned to the dust bin of our language. And that is a very good thing indeed."
