Direct Support Providers |
Current openings for Direct Support Providers to assist persons who have intellectual and other developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Part-time and full-time positions available.
Minimum Qualifications: A High School diploma, GED, Home Health Aide or CNA is required. Must possess a valid NYS Driver’s License and have the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Must be available to work nights and weekends, no day hours available. Direct Support Providers with CNA or LPN certification receive wage commensurate with education. |

Physical Therapist |
Provide assessment, develop treatment plans, train staff and provide hands-on therapy to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Flexible hours: 3 to 21 hours per week. Full benefits at 21 hours per week. |

Residential Individual Program Coordinator |
A team member is needed to develop and facilitate individual program plans in our residential program. Ensure that the plans adequately meet the physical, social and developmental needs of each person. Applicants must have very good communication skills, Bachelor’s degree in a field of human services and a minimum of one year experience working with persons with developmental disabilities, the and ability to lift and transfer at least 50 pounds are required. A valid NYS driver’s license is also required. This is a full time position and the applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule with some weekend, evening and holiday hours. |

Residential Registered Nurse |
A non-traditional opportunity for the RN in a residential setting seeking a rewarding and challenging position with a team of clinicians providing services to persons with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include functioning as an inter-disciplinary treatment team member, liason with other community service providers, and to monitor and deliver medical services. Full tme, flexible hours, and excellent benefits. |

Residential Shift Coordinator |
Position has minimal supervisory duties and also works as a DSP in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting and serves as a role model to employees. Prefer an individual who has one-year supervisory experience and/or one-year experience working with persons with developmental disabilities. Must be available to work nights and weekends. |

Vocational Planner |
As a member of our Community Employment Services team you
will assist individuals with developmental disabilities to realize
their employment dreams by delivering and coordinating their
vocational plans. Must have excellent computer skills, organizational
abilities, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Required: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field,
one year experience working with individuals with developmental
disabilities and valid NYS Driver License. |
