When you walk, run or roll the Arc Otsego's Hot Cocoa 5K or 1K, you are helping make life sweeter for people with developmental disabilities! Proceeds benefit The Arc Otsego's Helping Hands Fund which assists individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to seize life's opportunities and overcome life's challenges.
This years virtual race can be run anywhere, anytime between October 26, 2020 through November 4th, 2020.
Details: Participate virtually this year on the crisp fall day of your choice! Follow the designated race route or a route of your
own choosing. The official 5K course takes you through Neahwa Park, down War Memorial Dr., through the City of Oneonta,
returning to end in Neahwa Park.
The untimed 1K Walk, Run and Roll can be done entirely within Neahwa Park, or in the location of your choosing.
Costs are as follows:
5K, $20
1K, $12
Online and mail-in registration will close Monday, October 19, 2020 at 11:59pm. Participants will receive a virtual race bib by October 23, 2020 to print and wear to run your Hot Cocoa course and submit pictures to our Facebook or Instagram for a chance to win prizes!
Post race, keep an eye on your mailbox for your commemorative Virtual Hot Cocoa Run 2020 swag!
Register by 11:59 p.m. on October 19th to be guaranteed an event t-shirt.
